Purchasers of RagaMuffin kittens for pet homes will be asked to agree to, and sign this contract.

Between: Jean Denny.......... [the 'vendor']

And: 

Whereby it is agreed as follows:

* That the Vendor will sell and the Purchaser(s) will buy the kitten detailed
   below for the price of (£POA)
* The kitten is in good health and has been inoculated and wormed.
* It has been agreed that the kitten described below is not for breeding
   purposes and is registered with ACFA on the Non-Active Register.
* The kitten/cat shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research
   establishment.
* The kitten/cat shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the
   vendor's prior knowledge and consent.
* In the event of the Purchaser(s) being unable to keep the kitten, the Vendor
   shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the kitten at any
   age.

The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the kitten/cat:

* Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare
  and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.
* Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.
* Will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.

The Purchaser(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten/cat is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kitten/cat to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

The Transfer of Ownership document will be supplied to the Purchaser upon receipt of a signed copy of this document, the relevant payment and (if the kitten is sold unaltered) evidence of neutering/spaying.

All kittens sold will be fully inoculated and wormed. The kitten will be neutered before going to its new home. It will come with a 5 generation pedigree, its ACFA registration document, four weeks free insurance cover and a starter pack of food and litter that the kitten is familiar with.

I am easily obtainable by phone or email if an owner has any concerns with their new kitten and I absolutely love to hear how they are getting on as time passes.
